    The Ohio Department of Health and the West Virginia Department of Health are encouraging patients of a McMechen pain management clinic to talk with their primary care physician about testing for some infectious diseases following an investigation of the facility by the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health.

    UPDATE: 13 NEWS has learned the Dirty Girl Mud Run has been officially canceled for this weekend in Charleston.

Tony Allen Lough, 25, of Craigsville was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Nicholas County on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at about 1:30 p.m.

The accident happened along Route 20 in Allingdale, according to a news release from the Nicholas County Sheriff's Department. Patricia Doverspike, 65, of Richwood was injured in the crash. She was taken my medical helicopter to Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) to be treated for her injuries.

The sheriff's department said in the news release that Lough was driving a 2007 Pontiac G6 that crossed into the opposing lane of traffic and struck a 1997 Ford F-150 truck that was driven by Doverspike.

The accident is under investigation by Deputy D.W. Motta of the Nicholas County Sheriff's Department.
