According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.

According to the AEP website and Dispatchers, the power in Boyd County has been restored.
Dispatchers say they have not heard anything about the shelter closing down.
No word on what caused the outage.

Some folks without power are seeking warmth at a shelter Wednesday morning.
Dispatchers say the Boyd County Emergency Management Office has a shelter in place at the Boyd County courthouse where folks can go to get warm.
AEP's website says over 400 customers in that area are without power.
