A fire destroyed a funeral home in Nicholas County on the morning of Jan. 23, according to the West Virginia State Fire Marshal's Office.
White Funeral Home in Richwood caught fire just after midnight on Wednesday, according to an investigator. The funeral home is located across the street from the Richwood Fire Department which responded to the blaze
At this point there are no reports of injuries, but the flames caused extensive damage to the building. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
