    The Ohio Department of Health and the West Virginia Department of Health are encouraging patients of a McMechen pain management clinic to talk with their primary care physician about testing for some infectious diseases following an investigation of the facility by the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health.

Huntington police have arrested two woman for trying to use counterfeit money to make a large purchase at the Family Dollar in Huntington.

Jennifer Thompson, 26, of Huntington and Emily Ballengee, 20, of Barboursville were charged with counterfeiting.

The clerk at the store told police the pair tried to pay for $345 in merchandise at the store on West 14th Street with fake money, most of which were $10 bills.

The two women were arrested a short distance from the store.  Police say they found $970 in counterfeit money in their car.
