A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
A woman is behind bars charged with a pre-trail felony in connection with an armed robbery at a gaming parlor in Huntington.
Angel Marie Baldwin, 25, of Huntington was arrested and booked on January 22, 2013.
She's suspected of calling in a false 911 call about a home invasion to distract police while she allegedly helped the robbery of the RVA-119 gaming parlor in the 800 block of Adams Avenue.
That robbery was reported December 17, 2012 and at the time James Maynard, 25, of Huntington was arrested and charged.
Baldwin is in Western Regional Jail with a $100,000.00 bond.
