According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Thousands of students are pushing for more action in the rape case that has drawn attention from around the world.
Members of The Ohio State University Choice USA Chapter, a national organization of students focused on reproductive justice, and members of the equal rights group UltraViolet, have delivered a 70,000-signature petition to Ohio Attorney General, Mike Dewine.
The students are calling for full prosecutions of *everyone* involved in the rape.
Students at the party where the rape happened are not being charged, and are going to testify.
Students say they will demand justice from the Ohio Attorney General and ask him to respond to the thousands who have called on him to take immediate action against all those they consider to be involved in the rape and the cover-up.
