Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

Cabell County dispatchers and Huntington Police tell 13 News that there are close to 60 cars involved in accidents on I-64 between the Milton and Ceredo Kenova areas.

Additionally, there are over ten accidents along I-64 between Charleston and Huntington.

Highway crews are urging motorists to slow down and stay off the roads if at all possible.
