According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

The West Virginia State Police have released the name of the woman killed in a car accident on Friday afternoon in Boone County. Police identified the woman as Rachel Vickers.
ORIGINAL:
A two-vehicle accident in Boone County has taken the life of one woman Friday afternoon.
According to State Police in Danville, it happened along Route 3 in Foster, W. Va. around 12:45 p.m. when a pickup truck and passenger car collided.
The woman, along with five other people, was transported to Boone Memorial Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. The others had minor injuries.
