Huntington police make an arrest after a man tries to drive away and gets stuck on railroad tracks.
Around 8:30 p.m. Friday police tried to make a traffic stop on Seventh avenue when a man driving a silver SUV took off and tried to cross the tracks to Eighth avenue.
When his car got stuck, he ran away on foot.
Police used his footprints in the snow to lead them to the suspect hiding behind a house on Ninth avenue and arrested him.
No word on why he ran or what he is being charged with at this time.
