Tax season is right around the corner, and there is some free help available for those who qualify.

The Financial Stability Partnership of the River Cities has partnered with Fifth Third Bank to bring a mobile, one-stop shop for those needing some help.

The eBus was set up to assist families with a household income below $51,000 for free tax preparation.

In addition to preparing tax returns, Fifth Third Bank offers free credit checks and credit counseling for those that stop by.

Organizers said it's service that is much needed.

"It is very important that we offer this service because there are a lot of individuals out there who don't like coming into a banking center per say, so they like this opportunity because we bring it to them," said Gretchen Bias, Fifth Third Bank.

The same services will be provided on Monday at the downtown branch of the Cabell County Public Library throughout the tax season.
