The West Virginia Turnpike Authority has confirmed that one all lanes have been reopened to traffic.

A 17-year-old girl was shot multiple times in the chest in West Huntington late Saturday night.
It happened just feet away from the main entrance of a local church and now members are calling for a fight against violent crime.
Police tape was still in the grass around the parking lot of Celebration Church Sunday morning when members arrived for services.
During the service there was a prayer for the victim and her family.
Church members also asked for guidance on how help make life better in the community.
"Here we are right on the corner and a person was shot," explained youth group volunteer Rob Williamson. "If that doesn't stir us to action in our community then what will?"
Church members have also started an online prayer chain for the victim and her family. They said they are hoping to get in touch with the family directly to offer more assistance if it is needed.
