Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

Construction of the new Ironton-Russell Bridge is about 20 percent complete.
The $81.3 million dollar project that begun in the spring of last year has been steadily moving ahead through the winter months.
A spokesperson has reported that all the foundation elements have been driven or cast and the peers are coming up on the Ironton side.
The new bridge will enter Ironton at South Second and Jefferson Street. On the Kentucky side, crews have been working on reconfiguring the intersection with the new bridge.
The target completion date for the new bridge is late summer of 2015.
