Gas prices in West Virginia continue to go up.

In fact, state tax is now almost 35 cents a gallon.

And who does this hurt most? Those who can least afford it. Prices at the pump are never easy to predict and a host of factors determine the cost, but our elected leaders should do all they can to minimize what we pay.
