According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
A man was taken to the hospital on Tuesday after being hit by a car in Huntington.
He was trying to cross 8th Street at 6th Avenue a little after 2 p.m. according to police at the scene.
They said that's when a woman driving a Chevy cavalier hit the man as she was turning from 6th Avenue to 8th Street.
The man was taken to a local hospital, but the extent of his injuries are unknown. Police at the scene did not say if the driver of the car would be cited.
