According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

UPDATE:
A man was just arrested after a police chase on I-77 that resulted in a drug investigation just after 4 Wednesday morning.
Charleston Police told 13 News Renardo Owens from Ohio was arrested for fleeing a DUI which is a felony. He also faces a misdemeanor for marijuana possession.
He is being booked right now and is headed to South Central Regional Jail.

A vehicle is being investigated by the drug unit in Kanawha County this Wednesday morning after it was pulled over for a traffic stop.
Dispatchers say this is at the Route 77/79 split in Charleston. The road is down to one lane in that area.
The vehicle was pursued for a short time. It's unclear if any drugs are in the vehicle at this time.
