According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

A Huntington couple will each spend more than two years in prison in connection with a firearms conviction dating back to June of 2012.
Molly Sue Pauley, 44, and Stephen Ray Pauley, 31, were sentenced last week by U.S. District Court.
Molly Pauley received a three year, two month prison sentence. She pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting her husband in his possession of a firearm.
Steven Pauley received a two year, six month prison sentence. He had pleaded guilty to having been a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
