A Charleston man has been arrested and charged with felony child neglect.

A tractor trailer roll over accident happened near mile marker
74 near the Paint Creek exit around 11:30 a.m. The truck
was traveling on I-77 southbound and lost control of his vehicle.
No injuries have been reported and police say there shouldn't
be a traffic issue because the tractor trailer landed on the side of the road.
Police believe the accident was caused by
weather and speed.
