Authorities in Putnam County got a call on Wednesday night for an armed robbery. The suspect isn't what you might expect.
It happened just before 10 p.m. at the BP gas station on Teays Valley Road. A woman, wearing blue face paint and wielding a knife, robbed the clerk and then took off in a dark blue car according to Cabell County 911 dispatchers.
Police sent out an alert for agencies to be on the lookout for the suspect. She was reportedly headed west on Teays Valley Road.
