A Columbus man has been sentenced to one year in federal prison for selling crack cocaine, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin.
Thomas Jennings, 53, admitted that he sold crack cocaine and morphine pills to confidential informants in June and July of 2012.
It happened at his house in McDowell County, authorities said.
The West Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force handled the investigation.
