Gerald M. Titus III has joined the law firm Spilman Thomas & Battle as a member in the Charleston office.
Titus's practice focuses on general civil litigation, trucking accidents, contract disputes, personal injury and products liability defense. He also works in Marcellus and Utica Shale law.
Before joining Spilman in 2009, Titus worked as an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Washington and Lee University.
