High water closes 41 WV roads

CHARLESTON, West Virginia -

High waters shut down 41 roadways in West Virginia, according to a report released Thursday by the Division of Highways. 

Cabell County had four roads shut down due to high water.  Those roads include East and West Mud River Road, Morrison Road and Dry Creek. 

Randolph County had nine closures due to high water. 

Officials urge drivers to avoid driving through submerged roads.
