The victim has been identified as 28-year-old David Lemons, of Elkview.

Police officers are investigating an accident between a car and a bicycle which happened in South Charleston on Thursday evening.
It happened just before 6 p.m. on MacCorkle Ave.
Emergency crews said when the car and bike collided, the rider was thrown to the ground. The cyclist was taken to the hospital with leg injuries according to crews at the scene.
South Charleston police are handling the investigation and determining what, if any, charges will be filed.
