Managing diabetes can be a challenge. That is why the Mingo County Diabetes Association is hosting a series of hands-on demonstrations to show people how to make healthier meals even if they are on a budget.
The project is called Shopping Matters. Events will be held at grocery stores. The demonstrations start near the middle of February and attendance is free. Each session will last around 90 minutes.
