As many as one in five American children under the age of 17 has a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year, according to a new federal report.
The Marshall Recreation Center is the place to be for children in the area.
The program is for pre-registered children from 4 to 12-years-old. The event is Feb. 1 from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
This is available to parents who would like some time to themselves to shop, see a movie or get some things done around the house.
The children will be entertained in a fun, safe environment where they will experience climbing on the rock wall, swimming in the indoor pool, playing basketball on the courts and having a pizza party with their new friends.
