UPDATE:

I-64 westbound near the Milton Exit has been reopened.

A pickup truck has hit the median on I-77 northbound near Sissonville, at mile marker 105. State Police are on-scene and say there are injuries.

A tractor trailer overturned on I-64 westbound near the Milton Exit. The westbound lanes are closed at this time. One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Route 60 near Shrewsbury has been reopened. Dispatchers urge drivers to use caution on the roadways as they are extremely slick.

A two-vehicle accident has been reported on I-64 near Scott Depot in Putnam County. One person has been transported.

Several accidents have been reported across the region Saturday afternoon.

According to Kanawha County dispatchers, Route 60 is shut down in the Shrewsbury area after a collision between a car and a coal truck just before 1 p.m. One person had to be extricated.

Route 61 is shut down in the East Bank-Coalburg area. Metro 911 says a two-vehicle head-on collision happened just after 1 p.m.
