A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's what the 14-year-old who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt could face, following his arraignment today.
A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
A fire destroyed a family's home in Milton, WV on Feb. 4.
The dad of a family living at 1405 Summers Ave, in Milton, called dispatchers to tell them that his home was on fire around 12:00 p.m., according to dispatchers.
The Milton Volunteer Fire Dept. responded to the call. After a few hours, they were able to put out the blaze.
The home is considered destroyed.
There is no known cause of the fire and it remains under investigation. The dad was the only family member home at the time of the fire.
