The Kentucky State Police are investigating an accident that happened Tuesday in the Mouthcard area of Pike County, Ky.
Troopers say Charles Freeman, of Fedscreek, Ky. was traveling north on Warrior Path, coming out of the East Ridge High School parking lot when he hit an open security gate.
A passenger in the car, Mona Gail Freeman, 76, of Fedscreek, Ky. was pronounced dead at the scene.
