According to wv150.com, West Virginia's history will be brought to life with a three-dimensional film projected directly onto the face of the State Capitol. The shows will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday,

Several West Virginia state parks will participate in the "Great Backyard Bird Count".
The study is being conducted across the United States and Canada.
The four-day event starts February 15.
Visitors may help with bird-counting at Cacapon and Pipestem State and Blackwater Falls.
Bird lovers may even take part from their own homes.
Participants count birds for at least 15 minutes on one or more days, and then enter their tallies at www.birdsource.org.
