The partners of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough have elected Randy Saunders to the partnership.
Saunders, formerly an associate, practices in the areas of commercial litigation, product liability litigation, insurance bad faith litigation, medical liability and health care litigation, and class actions and mass torts.
He has experience representing clients in state and federal courts and has handled appeals before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, Kentucky Court of Appeals, Maryland Court of Appeals and Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
He also has represented clients before the West Virginia Board of Medicine, county commissions, various boards and other administrative bodies. He provides clients with guidance and representation regarding property tax-related issues and disputes.
He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and earned his bachelor of arts degree in history and government, summa cum laude, in 2002 from Morehead State University.
