BRIDGEPORT, WV -

Cole T. DeLancey, K. Jason Lucas and Sarah L. Webster have been elected to the 2013 board of officers and directors for the Appalachian Basin Association of Division Order Analysts. 

Lucas will serve as president, DeLancey as vice president; Webster was chosen as a director of the board.

At Steptoe & Johnson, Lucas practices in the areas of energy and mineral law in Ohio and Pennsylvania from the firm's Wheeling office. 

Having joined the firm in 2010, he assists clients with mineral title examinations and title opinions and coordinating and performing due diligence and mineral acquisitions. Lucas earned both his bachelor and law degree at the Ohio State University.

DeLancey focuses his practice at Steptoe & Johnson on energy law, including coal, oil and natural gas. He also assists clients in the areas of corporate governance and commercial transactions. DeLancey earned his bachelor and law degree from West Virginia University. He joined Steptoe & Johnson in 2009 and practices out of the Bridgeport office.

Webster joined Steptoe & Johnson in 2010 and practices in the Meadville, Pa., office. She focuses her practice in the area of oil and gas law. Webster earned her bachelor's degree from Westminster College and her law degree from Ohio Northern University.
