Crews were called to fire at an insurance office in Kanawha County on Friday evening.
The Western Southern Insurance Company caught fire in Pinch just before 10 p.m.
When crews arrived, flames were showing through the roof. Fire officials said that there was at least one apartment above the business. Everyone was able to get out unharmed.
An investigation is under way to determine how the fire began.
