A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
Clendenin Police and Kanawha County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a robbery that happened at the Riverside Lunch Restaurant on Elk River Road in Clendenin.
It happened late Saturday night.
According to dispatchers, a man entered the restaurant and demanded money.
No word on how much the suspect got away with.
Dispatchers also said police found some of the stolen cash while searching the area around the restaurant.
