UPDATE:

According to a criminal complaint, Amin was caught with two other people in a shed outside of a home in Nicholas County.

Shawn Booker and Jason Jones were also found in the shed at the time of the arrest.

According to the criminal complaint, a criminal informant told officers with the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force that a shipment of drugs would be delivered on Feb. 10.

Members of the task force observed a car with a Michigan license plate arriving at the home.  The criminal informant told police that a vehicle with Michigan plates would be delivering drugs to the home.

After witnessing several people enter and leave the home, police executed a search warrant on the home.  Amin, Jones and Booker were found in a shed outside of the home.

Oxycodone was found in Amin's purse.

Inside of the shed, police found three packages of heroin.  According to Jones, Amin and Booker transported the drugs to the home.

Amin's bond has been set at $200,000 and is being held in Central Regional Jail.

According to the criminal complaint, Booker is a resident of Detroit which adds to the list of drug related cases involving residents of Detroit.  According to Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini in a January interview, heroin is making a comeback.  Click here to read more: The local drug trade and the Detroit connection
