Detroit pill dealer getes five years in federal prison

CHARLESTON, West Virginia -

A Detroit man will spend five years and ten months in federal prison for selling prescription painkillers to an undercover ATF agent in West Virginia.

Dominique Brown admitted he sold 99 oxycodone pills to the undercover agent in June 2010. He was paid $4,059 for the pills.

In the next few months, Brown sold a semiautomatic pistol to an undercover agent, and did so again on five separate occasions, according to a release from US Attorney's office.  Brown further admitted to selling 65.5 grams of crack cocaine to undercover agents. 

All of he deals happened out of the Smokin' Aces store in Huntington.
