According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.

Authorities in Kanawha County are trying to figure out who stole a van in Kanawha City. They're hoping surveillance video will help solve the crime.
The van was parked in the old Shoney's parking lot by the 35th Street bridge. The owner parked it there to sell it, according to Charleston Police. The video is from January 29 at around 8:20 p.m.
The van had been parked there for an unknown period of time and the owner noticed it was gone and reported it on January 31.
Police said the video shows three men pulling up in a truck with what appears to be a company emblem on the passenger side door. They have a flatbed trailer attached to the truck, hook up the van and then take off. The video shows them hooking the truck up but does not show them pulling off.
