A Putnam County man was indicted by a federal grand jury for selling oxycodone and heroin and for being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin.
Terry Lee Hagan, 49, was named in a nine count indictment.
Authorities said he sold oxycodone and heroin between 2012-2013.
The indictment also indicates he was caught with a loaded gun in 2012, according to authorities.
Hagan was previously convicted of five felonies between May 1981 and April 2012 and is not allowed to possess a firearm, according to court documents.
The defendant faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine if convicted of these charges.
The investigation was handled by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
