No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

RAND, West Virginia -
As police investigate the shooting early Thursday morning in Rand, neighbors react to the shooting. A large crowd gathered near the site of the shooting, as the car was removed.
Nearby, Tremain Straughter, brother to first degree murder suspect Tremale Straughter, said police need to get the full story.
"I assume the wrong guy, but if they do got (sic) the right guy, there is a cause," said Straughter. "Things don't just happen like this between childhood friends."
Straughter said his brother and the victim, Donovan Taylor, grew up near each other and were lifelong friends. He had a message to his brother, currently in custody and charged with first degree murder.
"Just hold your head," said Straughter. "Don't worry about what these streets (sic) are saying. I know they are wrong about you."
Straughter is charged with first degree murder. At the time of this publication, his bond had not been set.
