Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
Kentucky State Police were called to an motor vehicle accident along U.S. 23 in the Harold Community of Floyd County.
According to deputies a 1997 Ford F-150 being driven by Clarence Hayes attempted to turn onto the southbound lane of U.S.23, when he pulled into the path of commercial truck being driven by Glenn Hollyfield forcing the F-150 into the northbound lane and into an embankment.
Hayes was transported to Pikeville Medical Center with unknown injuries.
The Kentucky State Police out of Pikeville is investigating.
