According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
A 38-year-old woman was injured in a single-ATV roll-over accident that happened just before 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16.
According to Wharton Fire officials, the woman was four-wheeling with a large group when her Rhino ATV flipped and pinned her underneath it.
Friends called 911 and were able to get it off her by the time emergency crews got there.
Paramedics transported her by four-wheeler from the ridgeline "mud run" trail to a road.
Wharton Fire Department and Boone Ambulance Authority covered the accident.
The ambulance was on their way to CAMC when they had to stop at Boone Memorial Hospital to stabilize her.
