Group works to collect clothing for prom

A woman in Williamson is working to make certain all kids in need in her community have something nice to wear to their prom this year.

April Mullins-Toler who created the Cinderella Project in Mingo County. Now is expanding to include a Prince Charming Project.

Donations of prom dresses and accessories are collected through the Cinderella Project. Volunteers also help with makeup and hairstyling.

Now the Prince Charming Project will help with donations to help with the rental of basic tuxedos for boys. A local business has agreed to discount the rental fee for tuxedos rented through this program.
