CHARLESTON, WV -

Adam Sypolt and Monique Sypolt have joined the creative and production departments of MotionMasters, the multimedia communications firm headquartered in Charleston that marked its 26th anniversary on Groundhog Day.

Adam Sypolt is a videographer and editor. He earned his bachelor's degree in cinema and television from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Va., as did his wife, Monique Sypolt, who also carried a minor in digital animation.

He honed his skills in his home state of West Virginia with Bayer Crop Science, where he produced safety, training and informational video productions. While in the Tidewater area, he served as media director for a large faith-based organization and also as an editor for a film production company. An original production of his called "Sleight" earned the 2010 Regent Showcase award for best film.

Monique Sypolt, an assistant producer, apprenticed with Jerry Weintraub of Warner Bros. Studios in Los Angeles. She worked with writers on various projects, reviewed screenplays, weighed in at pitch meetings with studio executives and served as a graphics animator, producer and director on a number of shorts, commercials, training films and infomercials.
