    Wheeling will celebrate the Upper Ohio Valley's rich ethnic heritage with a Multicultural Festival Sunday, June 29, on the waterfront.

An 18th Century Firearms and Accoutrements Show is planned Feb. 22-24 at Pricketts Fort State Park in Fairmont.

The educational buying experience includes some of the best craftsmen in West Virginia, Virginia,
Pennsylvania and New York. For the 18th century re-enactor or the serious collector, there will be
something for everyone.

Public hours are Friday 1 to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $3 per person.
