Rescue efforts have pulled a second person from the Elk River near Clendenin. A 19-year-old man was found around 3:00 p.m. by rescuers and appears to be in good condition.

According to 911 dispatchers, crews were on the scene of two homes on fire in Spencer.
Dispatchers say no one was entrapped in the homes, and no injuries were reported.

According to dispatchers, a fire broke out just after 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23 on High Street in Spencer, W. Va.
No word on what caused the fire, or whether anyone has been injured.
