One man is arrested after exposing himself in a McDonalds lobby on Big Tyler Road in Cross Lanes, W. Va. just before noon Saturday morning.
According to law enforcement, the manager of the restaurant called 911 after seeing 31-year-old Tiance Hughes, expose himself while looking at images on his computer. Hughes then left and went across the street to the Cross Lanes Public Library.
According to the restaurant manager, all acts were in plain view of 10 or more customers. Witnesses attested to the inappropriate behavior.
Hughes was arrested, charged with indecent exposure, and taken to South Central Regional Jail.
