According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Three people are facing drug charges after an undercover investigation in Kanawha County.
Daniel Moore, 59 of Charleston, Shannon Murray, 40 of Elkview, and Lee Davon, 25 of Detroit, Mich., were arrested Monday night.
They have all been charged with possession with intent to deliver oxycodone.
According to court documents, the trio sold oxycodone to a confidential informant working with the Metro Drug Unit.
The suspects are in the South Central Regional Jail with bail set at $20,000 each.
