UPDATE:
According to Roane County Sheriff's Deputy Sgt. Bo Williams, a neighbor called 911 Friday night around 7 p.m. about a possible overdose at a home on Looney Fork Road in Left Hand.
When deputies arrived, they found Honaker's wife had overdosed. Honaker was in the home and is suspected to have supplied his wife with narcotics, and did not take proper measures when the situation got out of hand.
Honaker also wouldn't disclose to deputies what narcotics his wife had taken.

A Left Hand, W. Va. man was arrested early Saturday morning on murder charges.
According to a spokesperson for the Central Regional Jail, 34-year-old Todd Honaker was brought in early Saturday morning, March 2nd.
Honaker is being held on two felony charges, one is first-degree murder, and the other delivery of a controlled substance.
