Concerned neighbors are responsible for a marijuana bust in Charleston.
Residents of Fern Ridge Drive reportedly called 911 after seeing the driver of a red Ford car waving a pistol at them.
After being pulled over by deputies, William James Shaw, 29, also of Fern Ridge Road in Charleston, told officers that he did not have a gun but did, in fact, have marijuana.
A K-9 unit confirmed that the driver had marijuana under his car seat.
Shaw is charged with one count of possession with intent to deliver.
