Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

West Virginia State Police confirmed that 21-year-old Austin Marcum, a driver, died at the scene.

A man has been arrested for unaggravated robbery in the Elder Beerman parking lot in Kanawha City according to police.

Charleston Police said they found the suspect in a car with three other people on the corner of MacCorkle Avenue and 39th Street on Monday evening.

The suspect also had a felony warrant according to police.
