According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

PIKEVILLE, Ky. -
Jonathan Estrada is facing charges of trafficking a controlled substance and trafficking in marijuana after he was witnessed by police doing a drug deal.
Estrada is a Detroit native, who was caught up with on South Mayo Trail in Pikeville, where police saw the transaction.
Cocaine and marijuana were located in Estrada's vehicle.
Estrada remains in jail, and Kentucky State Police are still investigating.
