According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Mylon Downs of Salt Lick, KY is finally in jail, accused of assaulting his estranged wife and her seven-year-old daughter.
According to the criminal complaint, Downs, who had been separated from his wife since 2010, showed up at her home in Huntington in July and became very violent.
The complaint states that Downs forced his way in, and put his estranged wife in a headlock.
Police say the woman's seven-year-old daughter tried to help, but Downs picked up the child by her hair and then held her down while he continued the assault on his wife.
Police also believe Downs took both their phones to prevent them from calling 911, and forced his wife to drive him to Kentucky.
When they pulled over at a gas station, Downs got out of the car to get a towel, and the woman drove off.
The woman tells police she does not know how Downs found out where she lives.
Months after the incident, Downs is charged with Second Degree Attempted Sexual Assault, Child Abuse, Burglary, and two counts of Domestic Battery.
